These Terms govern your use of POSIQO, a product developed and operated by Codide.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using POSIQO, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Services Provided
POSIQO allows you to recharge, pay bills, and make secure digital payments through your POSIQO Card and platform. We may update, modify, or discontinue services at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must be agree to use POSIQO services and provide accurate information during registration and transactions. Using POSIQO for fraud or illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
4. User Responsibilities
- Keep your account and login details secure.
- Ensure sufficient balance before initiating transactions.
- Verify transaction details carefully before confirming. POSIQO is not responsible for errors made by the user.
5. Fees and Charges
Transaction charges, if applicable, will be shown before you confirm the payment. All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
6. Refunds and Failed Transactions
If a transaction fails but funds are deducted from your account, the amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider. POSIQO is not liable for delays caused by third parties.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
8. Prohibited Use
- Do not use POSIQO for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
- Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse our platform.
- Do not exploit promotional offers or referral programs unfairly.
9. Limitation of Liability
POSIQO shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the transaction amount in dispute.
10. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if we detect suspicious activity or a breach of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata.
